The Lorraine O’Brien Sportsmanship Award was introduced in 2019 to recognise good sportsmanship shown by a player at Rebels. The award is named after Rebels Netball Club founder, Lorraine O’Brien, to recognise her dedication and commitment to the club.

The recipient of the Lorraine O’Brien Sportsmanship Award is selected by the Executive Committee from any nominations that are received throughout the season that displays the above criteria and is presented at the Wind Up.
